1. Acceptance of Terms / 1. നിബന്ധനകൾ അംഗീകരിക്കൽ
By accessing or using HelloKili ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including those in Direct Meta Mode and Wallet Mode.
HelloKili ("പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം") ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ, ഈ നിബന്ധനകളും ഞങ്ങളുടെ സ്വകാര്യതാ നയവും നിങ്ങൾ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങൾ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ, ദയവായി ഞങ്ങളുടെ സേവനങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കരുത്. ഡയറക്റ്റ് മെറ്റാ മോഡ്, വാലറ്റ് മോഡ് എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉപയോക്താക്കൾക്കും ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ബാധകമാണ്.
2. Description of Service / 2. സേവന വിവരണം
HelloKili provides a WhatsApp Business messaging platform that enables users to send messages via:
- Wallet Mode: Using HelloKili's shared Meta Cloud API infrastructure at ₹1.00 per message
- Direct Mode: Using the user's own Meta Business API credentials (active subscription required)
HelloKili is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന രീതികളിൽ സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ അയക്കാൻ ഉപയോക്താക്കളെ അനുവദിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വാട്ട്സ്ആപ്പ് ബിസിനസ്സ് മെസ്സേജിംഗ് പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമാണ് HelloKili നൽകുന്നത്:
- വാലറ്റ് മോഡ്: ഒരു സന്ദേശത്തിന് ₹1.00 എന്ന നിരക്കിൽ HelloKili-യുടെ പങ്കിട്ട മെറ്റാ ക്ലൗഡ് API ഇൻഫ്രാസ്ട്രക്ചർ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു
- ഡയറക്റ്റ് മോഡ്: ഉപയോക്താവിന്റെ സ്വന്തം മെറ്റാ ബിസിനസ്സ് API ക്രെഡൻഷ്യലുകൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു (സജീവമായ സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ ആവശ്യമാണ്)
HelloKili മെറ്റാ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമുകളുമായി അഫിലിയേറ്റ് ചെയ്തതോ, അംഗീകരിച്ചതോ, സ്പോൺസർ ചെയ്തതോ അല്ല. വാട്ട്സ്ആപ്പ് എന്നത് മെറ്റാ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോംസിന്റെ വ്യാപാരമുദ്രയാണ്.
3. Account Registration / 3. അക്കൗണ്ട് രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. HelloKili reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ഒരു അക്കൗണ്ട് സൃഷ്ടിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ കൃത്യവും പൂർണ്ണവുമായ വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകണം. നിങ്ങളുടെ അക്കൗണ്ട് ക്രെഡൻഷ്യലുകളുടെ സുരക്ഷ നിലനിർത്തുന്നതിന് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങളുടെ അക്കൗണ്ട് മറ്റുള്ളവരുമായി പങ്കിടരുത്. ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുന്ന അക്കൗണ്ടുകൾ താൽക്കാലികമായി നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കാനോ റദ്ദാക്കാനോ HelloKili-ക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ട്.
4. Acceptable Use / 4. സ്വീകാര്യമായ ഉപയോഗം
You agree NOT to use HelloKili to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages without recipient consent
- Send messages containing illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Cloud API Terms
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Impersonate individuals, companies, or government entities
- Send messages to recipients who have not opted in to receive communications
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to Meta and relevant authorities.
ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് HelloKili ഉപയോഗിക്കില്ലെന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നു:
- സ്വീകർത്താവിന്റെ സമ്മതമില്ലാതെ സ്പാം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ബൾക്ക് സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ അയക്കൽ
- നിയമവിരുദ്ധമോ, ഹാനികരമോ, ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതോ, കുറ്റകരമോ ആയ ഉള്ളടക്കമുള്ള സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ അയക്കൽ
- മെറ്റായുടെ വാട്ട്സ്ആപ്പ് ബിസിനസ്സ് നയമോ ക്ലൗഡ് API നിബന്ധനകളോ ലംഘിക്കൽ
- ഫിഷിംഗ്, വഞ്ചന, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വഞ്ചനാപരമായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ ഏർപ്പെടൽ
- വ്യക്തികൾ, കമ്പനികൾ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സർക്കാർ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയായി ആൾമാറാട്ടം നടത്തൽ
- ആശയവിനിമയങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമില്ലാത്ത സ്വീകർത്താക്കൾക്ക് സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ അയക്കൽ
ഈ നിയമങ്ങളുടെ ലംഘനം ഉടനടി അക്കൗണ്ട് സസ്പെൻഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്ക് നയിക്കും, കൂടാതെ മെറ്റായ്ക്കും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികൾക്കും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടേക്കാം.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing / 5. സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ പ്ലാനുകളും ബില്ലിംഗും
HelloKili offers the following subscription plans:
- Daily Pass: ₹50 / 24 hours
- Monthly Pro: ₹499 / 30 days
- Yearly Business: ₹4,999 / 365 days
Plans are non-refundable once activated. Wallet balance is non-refundable. Plans activate immediately upon successful payment. HelloKili reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
HelloKili ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ പ്ലാനുകൾ വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു:
- ഡെയ്ലി പാസ്: ₹50 / 24 മണിക്കൂർ
- മന്ത്ലി പ്രോ: ₹499 / 30 ദിവസം
- ഇയർലി ബിസിനസ്സ്: ₹4,999 / 365 ദിവസം
പ്ലാനുകൾ സജീവമാക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ റീഫണ്ട് നൽകുന്നതല്ല. വാലറ്റ് ബാലൻസ് റീഫണ്ട് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല. വിജയകരമായ പേയ്മെന്റിന് ശേഷം പ്ലാനുകൾ ഉടനടി സജീവമാകും. 30 ദിവസത്തെ മുന്നറിയിപ്പോടെ വിലയിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ HelloKili-ക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ട്.
6. Wallet Mode / 6. വാലറ്റ് മോഡ്
In Wallet Mode, messages are sent using HelloKili's shared Meta infrastructure. The cost is ₹1.00 per message deducted from your wallet. Messages are subject to Meta's delivery policies, including the 24-hour messaging window rule. HelloKili does not guarantee message delivery and is not liable for delivery failures caused by Meta's infrastructure or recipient settings.
വാലറ്റ് മോഡിൽ, HelloKili-യുടെ പങ്കിട്ട മെറ്റാ ഇൻഫ്രാസ്ട്രക്ചർ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ അയക്കുന്നത്. ഓരോ സന്ദേശത്തിനും ₹1.00 എന്ന നിരക്കിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ വാലറ്റിൽ നിന്ന് കുറയ്ക്കും. 24 മണിക്കൂർ മെസ്സേജിംഗ് വിൻഡോ റൂൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ, മെറ്റായുടെ ഡെലിവറി നയങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായാണ് സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ അയക്കുന്നത്. സന്ദേശ ഡെലിവറി HelloKili ഉറപ്പുനൽകുന്നില്ല, മെറ്റായുടെ ഇൻഫ്രാസ്ട്രക്ചർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്വീകർത്താവിന്റെ ക്രമീകരണങ്ങൾ മൂലമുണ്ടാകുന്ന ഡെലിവറി പരാജയങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉത്തരവാദിയല്ല.
7. Direct Meta Mode / 7. ഡയറക്റ്റ് മെറ്റാ മോഡ്
In Direct Mode, you use your own Meta Cloud API credentials. You must have an active HelloKili subscription AND a valid Meta WhatsApp Business account. You are solely responsible for compliance with Meta's terms and policies when using your own credentials. HelloKili stores your credentials securely but is not liable for misuse of your Meta account.
ഡയറക്റ്റ് മോഡിൽ, നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം മെറ്റാ ക്ലൗഡ് API ക്രെഡൻഷ്യലുകളാണ് നിങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് സജീവമായ ഒരു HelloKili സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷനും സാധുവായ ഒരു മെറ്റാ വാട്ട്സ്ആപ്പ് ബിസിനസ്സ് അക്കൗണ്ടും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം ക്രെഡൻഷ്യലുകൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുമ്പോൾ മെറ്റായുടെ നിബന്ധനകളും നയങ്ങളും പാലിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം നിങ്ങൾക്കാണ്. HelloKili നിങ്ങളുടെ ക്രെഡൻഷ്യലുകൾ സുരക്ഷിതമായി സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നു, എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ മെറ്റാ അക്കൗണ്ടിന്റെ ദുരുപയോഗത്തിന് ഉത്തരവാദിയല്ല.
8. Affiliate Program / 8. അഫിലിയേറ്റ് പ്രോഗ്രാം
The HelloKili Affiliate Program offers 15% commission on plan purchases made by your referrals. Commissions are earned when a referred user purchases a plan. Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. Withdrawals are processed within 5 business days. Fraudulent referral activity (self-referral, fake accounts) will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.
നിങ്ങളുടെ റഫറലുകൾ നടത്തുന്ന പ്ലാൻ വാങ്ങലുകൾക്ക് 15% കമ്മീഷൻ HelloKili അഫിലിയേറ്റ് പ്രോഗ്രാം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. റഫർ ചെയ്ത ഉപയോക്താവ് ഒരു പ്ലാൻ വാങ്ങുമ്പോഴാണ് കമ്മീഷനുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. കുറഞ്ഞ പിൻവലിക്കൽ തുക ₹500 ആണ്. 5 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ പിൻവലിക്കലുകൾ പ്രോസസ്സ് ചെയ്യും. വഞ്ചനാപരമായ റഫറൽ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ (സ്വയം റഫറൽ, വ്യാജ അക്കൗണ്ടുകൾ) കമ്മീഷൻ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നതിനും അക്കൗണ്ട് റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനും കാരണമാകും.
9. Intellectual Property / 9. ബൗദ്ധിക സ്വത്ത്
HelloKili and its logo, design, and content are owned by HelloKili. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission. User-generated content (messages) remains the property of the user.
HelloKili-യും അതിന്റെ ലോഗോ, ഡിസൈൻ, ഉള്ളടക്കം എന്നിവയും HelloKili-യുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ളതാണ്. രേഖാമൂലമുള്ള അനുമതിയില്ലാതെ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ബ്രാൻഡിംഗ് പകർത്താനോ പുനർനിർമ്മിക്കാനോ ഉപയോഗിക്കാനോ കഴിയില്ല. ഉപയോക്താക്കൾ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച ഉള്ളടക്കം (സന്ദേശങ്ങൾ) ഉപയോക്താവിന്റെ സ്വത്തായി തുടരും.
10. Limitation of Liability / 10. ബാധ്യതയുടെ പരിമിതി
HelloKili provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Message delivery failures due to Meta's infrastructure
- Loss of business or revenue due to service interruptions
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
- Actions taken by Meta regarding your WhatsApp Business account
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HelloKili in the 3 months preceding the claim.
HelloKili യാതൊരു വാറന്റിയുമില്ലാതെ "അതേപടി" സേവനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നു. ഇനിപ്പറയുന്നവയ്ക്ക് ഞങ്ങൾ ഉത്തരവാദികളല്ല:
- മെറ്റായുടെ ഇൻഫ്രാസ്ട്രക്ചർ മൂലമുള്ള സന്ദേശ ഡെലിവറി പരാജയങ്ങൾ
- സേവന തടസ്സങ്ങൾ മൂലമുള്ള ബിസിനസ്സ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വരുമാന നഷ്ടം
- നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം അശ്രദ്ധ മൂലം നിങ്ങളുടെ അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്കുള്ള അനധികൃത പ്രവേശനം
- നിങ്ങളുടെ വാട്ട്സ്ആപ്പ് ബിസിനസ്സ് അക്കൗണ്ടുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് മെറ്റാ എടുക്കുന്ന നടപടികൾ
ക്ലെയിം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പുള്ള 3 മാസങ്ങളിൽ നിങ്ങൾ HelloKili-ക്ക് നൽകിയ തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതലായിരിക്കില്ല നിങ്ങളോടുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം ബാധ്യത.
11. Termination / 11. അവസാനിപ്പിക്കൽ
HelloKili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused wallet balance and plan duration are forfeited (no refunds).
ഈ നിബന്ധനകളുടെ ലംഘനത്തിന് എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളുടെ അക്കൗണ്ട് സസ്പെൻഡ് ചെയ്യാനോ റദ്ദാക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അവകാശം HelloKili-ൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളുടെ അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇല്ലാതാക്കാം. അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഉപയോഗിക്കാത്ത വാലറ്റ് ബാലൻസും പ്ലാൻ കാലയളവും നഷ്ടപ്പെടും (റീഫണ്ട് ഇല്ല).
12. Governing Law / 12. ഭരണനിയമം
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇന്ത്യൻ നിയമങ്ങളാൽ നിയന്ത്രിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഏത് തർക്കങ്ങളും കേരളത്തിലെ കോടതികളുടെ പ്രത്യേക അധികാരപരിധിക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കും.
13. Changes to Terms / 13. നിബന്ധനകളിലെ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HelloKili after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്തേക്കാം. മാറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം HelloKili ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് തുടരുന്നത് ഇത് അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതായി കണക്കാക്കും. കാര്യമായ മാറ്റങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ഇമെയിൽ വഴി ഞങ്ങൾ ഉപയോക്താക്കളെ അറിയിക്കും.
